MAT AS DESCRIBED

A nice, flexible mat for my Murphy Bar. The size is perfect for keeping the mixing glass and a few classes in place while pouring, catches all the mistakes and condensation. Invite a few friends over and serve them some drinks, then look back at the bar. If you see dribbles of liquid, that's where you need one of these, it catches and cleans as described. You paid too much for that bar counter finish to pour anything on it, this eliminates that problem.

HOME BAR MAT

Great addition to my home bar. It's size is perfect for my mixing station and the color is a nice break from the normal black mats. It may be "slightly" less flexible than some I have used in the past, but it's not stiff and works fine to catch spills and condensation. It's plain (no logos) and brightly colored. I get the same textile feeling of a soft landing when I place glasses on these mats that I get on any other mats. The bonus is the color.

Good size and adequate quality, especially for the low price. More rigid and plastic-y feeling and less rubbery than the equivalent item I purchased from bar products.com several years (circa 2013) ago. Old product was flexible rubber and appeared and get to be the same material as bar mats in the many bars I have worked in over the years. This recent purchase is more rigid and material feels cheaper, like a squeaky plastic. Perhaps I got a different product (although I thought I was getting the same thing again). Nonetheless, the new item I just bought is adequate for the particular use for which I bought it, and at about $6 per, still represents good value.
